Healthy tilapia recipe (serves 4)

1.) Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
2.) Place 1 ½ pound of tilapia fillets in a baking dish. (One layer only.)
3.) Scatter 2 cups of spinach and ½ cup of chopped parsley over the tilapia.
4.) Mix 1 cup of coconut milk (chose the low-fat variety if you want to cut down on fat) with 2 teaspoons of fish sauce and 2 teaspoons of brown sugar.
5.) Mince 1 claw of garlic and grate 1 tablespoon of ginger. Mix with the coconut milk mixture.
6.) Pour the coconut milk mixture over the tilapia.
7.) Cover the dish with foil and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. The fish is ready when it flakes easily (use a fork to test).

Sure, it’s smaller than the H1 and H2, but that just like saying that an elephant is smaller than a blue whale and tyrannosaurus rex – it is still HUGE compared to other animals. The Hummer H3 gas mileage also leaves a lot to wish fore and you shouldn’t get this car unless you have a sizeable petrol budget.
