Back to what I created this blog for. I started this site last fall to start educating myself about purchasing and selling homes, buying real estate as an investment, perhaps with the intention of eventually owning at least a few rentals. I have found pages upon pages of
extremely useful information on the Internet, and this site is one of them. Homes for sale by owner is a site that allows you to list your FSBO home for free until the day it sells and potentially reach millions of readers on the Internet. Who says you can’t make money online.
Just browsing through my state I found several pages of home listings and foreclosures with thorough descriptions (you enter this stuff yourself when you submit the listing), locations, asking price, and even addresses in case you are familiar with the area in case you want a look before you bother calling about lock-box instructions or setting up an appointment. Rather than wasting your time setting up an appointment and then discovering on the drive there that you don’t like the neighborhood this is a great help.
